The stuff was incredible and polite. Stunning and brilliant location minutes from attractions we wanted to visit - a theatre and a gallery. Plus the hotel was minutes from bars and restaurants.

I found the air conditioning insufficient, which affected my comfort during the night. A great location close to shops and eateries adds to the appeal, but some noise from the street might disrupt lighter sleepers.

It has welcoming and polite staff and offers fashionable rooms. The location is marvellous and brilliant, 2 km from Contact. You can relax in bars and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again when in Manchester, we didn't want to leave.

Great location central to shops and restaurants museums etc. Lovely boutique apartment with benefit of continental grab and go breakfast available. Discounted car parking available very close by.
Only issue to report was our leaking shower which was going through ceiling into room below, but this didn't affect us and house keeping were quick to react to this

The Grand Studio we booked was spacious enough and fully-equipped with all needed appliances including iMac. There is also a free WiFi connectivity if you prefer using your own laptop. The staff was helpful and the location is convenient.

The room was clean and well presented; all the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and accommodating. Good location and room was v quiet even in the heart of the city.
Perhaps the grab and go breakfast could have had a bit more variety - toast and jam, honey etc would have been good. But this is just a minor comment as everything was nicely presented in a practical way

On the whole, Roomzzz was great - location, reasonable room rate, grab and go breakfast as well as friendly staff.
The noise from the streets as our room was on the second floor facing the main street with lots of traffic.
